Getting help

For a problem with Squiggle Town, contact the developer through the Crunchy Codes GitHub profile. Before reporting a problem

Check that the device is running a supported version of iOS or iPadOS, close and reopen Squiggle Town, and confirm that enough free device storage is available. If the problem affects one particular letter or activity, include that detail in the report.

Accounts and internet access

Squiggle Town is designed to work locally on the device and does not require a child account or cloud sign-in for its core practice flow.

Handwriting feedback

Squiggle Town provides practice-oriented, neutral feedback. It is not a diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical handwriting assessment. Questions about a child's handwriting development should be discussed with an appropriate teacher or qualified professional.

Privacy

See the Squiggle Town privacy policy for information about learner profiles, practice records and data export.
